Twelve sites, one division, and a different picture of each site.

The Group's facility management division runs ten industrial and logistics parks and two production facilities. Each site had its own equipment registry and maintenance history, its own energy meters, and site safety watched by the people on shift.

WHAT WAS BUILT

AHEAD PFM, the facility and asset management deployment of AHEAD Edge: predictive maintenance on the equipment registry and its history, energy monitoring with anomaly detection, waste tracking, and site safety from the cameras already installed. Each site comes onto the system with its equipment registry and history migrated, and the division runs the whole portfolio from one place.

HOW IT RUNS

On-premise at the sites, with vision and predictive models at the edge deciding in under 100 milliseconds, and store-and-forward when a site's link drops. Every release of AHEAD Edge runs here before it reaches a client, on real equipment and real workloads.
